Product Customization Aur Gunvatta (Accuracy)

  • Customization: Jab aap naam, photo, ya koi anya design jaisa customization data pradan karte hain, toh aap ghoshan karte hain ki aapke paas is data ka upyog karne ka adhikar (right) hai।

  • Galti ki Zimmedari: Customer dwara pradan kiye gaye spellings, fonts, ya design mein ki gayi kisi bhi galti ke liye Company zimmedar nahi hogi। Aapko order dene se pehle final design ka preview dhyan se check karna chahiye।

  • Color/Size: Screen resolution ke karan vastavik product ke rang (colors) aur aakaar (size) mein thoda antar ho sakta hai।

Kimat Aur Bhugtaan (Pricing & Payment)

    • Saamanya Kimat (Retail/B2C): Website par pradarshit sabhi dar (prices) saamaanya grahakon (B2C) ke liye maanya honge aur ismein GST shamil ho sakta hai, jaisa ki ullekh kiya gaya hai।

    • Wholesale Kimat (Reseller/B2B): Reseller athva Wholesale Buyers ko unke svikrit B2B khaate (approved B2B account) mein login karne par, poorva-nirdharit niyamon ke anusaar vishesh chhoot vaali kimatein pradarshit ki jaayengi।

    • Aanshik COD (Partial Cash on Delivery): Aanshik COD order ki sthiti mein, grahak ko nirdharit advance rashi ka bhugtaan order dete samay online karna anivaarya hoga। Shesh raashi (remaining amount) ka bhugtaan product ki delivery ke samay kiya jaayega।

Order Cancelation Aur Refund (Personalized Items)

  • Cancelation: Kyunki humare product vyaktigat (personalized) hote hain, isliye ek baar production shuru hone ke baad order cancel nahi kiya ja sakta hai।

  • Return/Refund: Customized products par return ya exchange ki anumati nahi hai, siwaye tab jab Company dwara galat ya kharab product bheja gaya ho। Grahak ko delivery ke 48 ghante ke bheetar kharab product ki photo/video ke saath soochit karna hoga।

Delivery Aur Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: Di gayi delivery dates sirf anumaan (estimate) hain aur inki guarantee nahi di jaati hai।

  • Pata (Address): Grahak dwara diye gaye galat ya adhoorey pate (incomplete address) ke karan delivery mein hone wali kisi bhi deri ya loss ke liye Company zimmedar nahi hai।

User Account (Reseller/Wholesale)

Reseller Status: Wholesale/Reseller account ke liye Company ka final approval zaroori hai। Company bina kisi poorv soochana ke kisi bhi account ko radd (cancel) karne ka adhikar rakhti hai।

Reseller Account Niyam Aur Samiksha (Review)

  • Nishkriyata Aur Vyavsaay Samiksha (Inactivity & Business Review): Company is baat ka adhikar rakhti hai ki vah Wholesale Buyer/Reseller khaaton (accounts) ki samay-samay par samiksha (review) kare।

  • Account Niraasan (Disabling/Termination): Yadi koi Reseller ek anumaanit avadhi (estimated period, jaise 3-6 maheene) ke bheetar Company ko nirdharit maatra (minimum order volume) ya anumanit business amount nahi pradan kar paata hai, toh Company ko bina kisi poorva soochana ke, us Wholesale/Reseller account ko nishkriya (disable) karne ya retail customer group mein parivartit (convert) karne ka adhikar hoga। Isse unki vishesh chhoot vaali kimatein samapt ho jaayengi।
